He was the first to call my on my request for help through Home Depot in Granbury. I was impressed with his quick response, the questions he asked. I sent him pictures and he never tried to upsale me, he measured the dementions and asked what kind of door we wanted, went to pickup the door, installed the new one and cleaned up without being asked. His charges were very reasonable. He was very kind, knowledgeable, prompt and professional. He was understanding of our current struggle with getting Daddy's Medicaid approved and the need for me to pay by cashier's check and my need to go to the bank to get the payment to help us meet time sensitive requirements to get Medicaid. The door looks great and we feel better knowing Daddy's house is more secure, getting the old torn up moulding and door replaced.
